QualificationsM r. Bogdanski is a State Certified General Appraiser. This designation enables him to appraise all types of property, within the State of Michigan. Requirements for this certification include a minimum of 180 hours
of state approved educational
experience, 3,000 hours of practical experience,
of which at least 1,500 hours were in the appraisal of commercial and or
industrial properties, and passing the state accredited comprehensive
examination. He is also required to attend state approved appraisal continuing
education classes of at least 14 hours per year.
Mr. Bogdanski significantly exceeds all these requirements. Qualifications He has been licensed in real estate since 1976 as a real estate broker. Since 1979, he has been actively involved in the marketing and appraisal of residential, commercial and industrial properties for a variety of clients with particular emphasis in conventional and subsidized multifamily housing and right-of-way takings. Mr. Bogdanski served ten years in local elected office; four as Hartland Township Trustee and six as Hartland Township Supervisor and full time administrator. Prior to 1976 he was an administrative assistant with RJB Construction Co. Inc., a building and development company. |
