developers, Gregory T. Bogdanski is the principal of the Company. Our principal activity is appraising. The chief task of a real estate appraiser is to provide a competent and unbiased valuation of real estate upon which parties to a business transaction can act in good faith and with substantial confidence. We adhere to strict appraisal standards as established by the Appraisal Institute, State of Michigan, and the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. As brokers under a "buyer agency", we specialize in the area of commercial, industrial, multifamily property and residential development land acquisition. Success has come from showing our clients a more analytical side to real estate purchases, which is not typically exhibited in the marketplace. As consultants, we have the latitude to "think out side of the box" for our clients and develop sound analysis, conclusions, and recommendations which provide solutions to their real estate problems.
